If the tax was assessed the IRS has 10 years to begin efforts to collect it. The statute of limitations for criminal charges is also 6 years. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Once again, there is a real need for a Jackpot Winners Protection Program.<br /><br />Those running the program would be the only ones who know the winners identity, location, etc....<br /><br />They handle all correspondence and attempted contacts, keep the solicitor&#x27;s away, handle it all.</p>]]></description>
