I did a search and it seems betting online is not allowed anymore. I'll have to look for a way around it.

I read through the information again and now have a better understanding of it. My confusion came from how many times you can play the same number for one drawing. I usually only play Instant games and MM or PB, so when I decide to play a Pick 3 or 4 it's just a quick pick, no thought goes into the different combinations that can be made. I'll be changing that lol.

I just finished reading your other Pick-4 for Dummies post and wanted to know about becoming a subscriber to your service.

Also, I wanted to know if you could tell me more about playing online? I'm not familiar with the way you described playing the pick 4, so any help or information is welcomed.

Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois / Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Ontario, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tri-States, Texas, Washington, D.C., and Wisconsin.

These are the best states to play in, but not the only ones as the numbers can fall in any state at any given time.
