I am making a special version of LSA so you will be able to see the translation in the app as you do it.

Hi Developer,

I can translate into Afrikaans which is one of the languages in South Africa and also assist with the English file, although if you sold the programme to someone here English would generally be sufficient as it is either a first or second language here

That 25 lines Spanish translation still needs a little more touching-up I see now, even if it is now good enough as it is, when all the translation is finished I will once more go over all of it and touch up the little things that still might need it.

It has been maybe almost 40 years and I have forgotten so much Spanish since then anyhow this is just the beginning so you can see, I might be unable to make a 100% perfect translation, but for the most part it might be O.K and might take a lot more work than I thought, it might be good enough as I have not forgotten all of my Spanish just a lot of it, Google does make many mistakes on the translations, but it is a lot of help and I might be able to fix all or most of the mistakes that it makes,... I just got the file and it is not as much as I thought that it would be.

By the way why don't you work on the WinXP version also whenever you can? People like me and very many others still use WinXP.

She took a quick look at it and it looks like it will be ok. She'll take a better look at it next week for sure. Right now she is studying for mid-terms, but I don't think it will be a problem. I'm looking forward to seeing what you have.

No immediate rush as the next release is about 3 weeks away.

I would like it in that release if possible however if thats too much to ask when ever she gets the time.

I will compile a special edition of for you so you can see the software changing as the text file is translated.

Thanks, I got the files. I'll have her take a look at it, it doesn't look like too much. When do you need it by? I think she is on school break in another week or so which may be a good time for her to do it.

Developer, do you want it translated into Mandarin? My wife is Chinese, and at the very least she is willing to take a look at what you need translated. She is working and going to college and is quite limited on time, so it depends on how much needs to be done.

However if you want to send what you need translated and how much time she's got to do it, she can take a look at it and we can let you know if she'll be able to do it or not.

I will send you two text files both contain line numbers.

The English will have the lines like

1=Hello

2=Fernando

etc

The Spanish version is simply a duplicate but in Spanish.

Since I have some free time on the weekends I can help you both, with the English and the Spanish versions, just post the text or document file somewhere for download and I can download it or P.M. me and tell me where I can get it from and or post a link to it, then as I can, I will work on it, it will have to be done with an online automatic machine translator for the Spanish version and then I will fix by hand any mistakes that I see on the translated text.

There are some free online spell checking sites, using a search engine such as Google type:

And Or:

Online spell check and grammar

Also there are free spell checking applications for download, use a search engine.

As posted by somebody, once the English version is corrected then maybe would be less hard to translate at least into Spanish.

The English version also needs editing, my English is not so good, but I see that:

LOWESS might mean either LOWER or LOWEST, but I am probably wrong on that one and it means something else, but:

Numaric Postion 3 maybe means Numeric Position 3

Placement Proberbility maybe means Placement Probability
