.........I thought the same thing as well.

I guess they are going to wait until tomorrow....and even then they may not do anything until after the drawing AND only if the MM jackpot rolls........THEN, the excitement will pick up for Friday.....

Lately it seems both Mega Millions and Powerball have been highballing the advertised jackpot and when it comes time for the drawing they announce it a little bit lower than what's been stated.

Thanks. Maybe I wasnt clear. What I was referring to was the fact that when it gets crazy with lottery purchasing because of a large jackpot, as it was a couple of months ago, the JACKPOT would be increased prior to the drawing.

Have you checked the Mega Mill site? It clearly states the amount...Currently at $244 Mill

WOW!!!!!! I would have thought an announcement and an increase would have been released by now. I could be wrong, but certainly by tomorrow there should be an increase. Maybe they will increase it today, Im just so surprised they havent already increased it
