You are kind of right pumpi76 on random act in RNG and Mechanical Draws the only random act is the very first draw in any pick 3 , pick 4 , lotto , powerball , mega-millions, keno and 2 by 2 games after that first draws every draw is pre-determined after previous draws . If you have such a system that did crack the matrix on winning . Why burn it ? That would be a foolish act that system/formula would be worth more then the paper its written on not just in wins , but in the value of the re-sale

something the lottery does, maybe not in your state but in georgia they do, i am pretty SURE they do this...

the lottery on some ocasions do an extra pretest they dont manipulate the drawings i dont see how they could because is ball drawing, but they conduct an extra pretest show it on camera and use the take/shot of their likings...how i know, based on Some results i got on this site...either someone is manipulating the results of this site on the prediction board or the... I do it all the time when I play one number. I write the number on wish paper and wish that the number comes out then light the paper and watch it burn down and watch it rise in the air for my wish to be fulfilled.

if 3=7,8=1,9=5,6=3, take 300x4% add 17 and dude...you can make 30 million a month, just ask 239 friends to chip in 28 dollars, and if you win you could make 50,000 a minute....maybe ask the hawaii government to impose tax and convince them to give the money to citizens so they can win.

the thing about manipulating, RNG for pick3/Pick4 is that you can win them, RNG manipulation is the same as the RNG having another seed telling it what to play, thats it...
