A few states do publish much more detailed reports of Scratch winners in their website. Not so for CA.

Keep bugging their Public Records Request person, the more people the better:

Texas will, just send them an email it usually takes a week and they will send it to you.....

On most state websites they do not publish them. But if you e mail them requesting top prize winning locations on scratch offs. They will send you the information you want. Or I should say most states will.

Does California Lottery publish the location where winners bought scratch tickets with top prizes? Could't find anything in their website except occasional news but they are few and far between. Is it possible that a city or a county never sold a single winning scratch ticket with top prizes.
