			<description><![CDATA[<p>I had to put in a total of 4 numbers since its Pick 4 so I used 1108 .<br /><br />The blocks of draws were the winner: 938<br /><br />now the previous draws were 110<br /><br />823.<br /><br />So I just wrap-around clockwise 110 picking up the first digit 8 of the previous draw. 1108 input .Simple. Doesn&#x27;t always work, But. gave the pairs 89 39 83 mix for 938</p>]]></description>

I entered the previous 110 draw and the first digit #8 of the draw before that into the input on the p4 section of this program and it produced the 93 and 83, 89 pairs of the winner 938.
