			<description><![CDATA[<p>The number of tickets should fixed based on the published odds and winners for that game.<br /><br />Take your Red Hot 7&#x27;s game for instance, you can tell by the top prize odds how many tickets they have. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Do they print ticket ID in sequential order? I mean, let&#x27;s say a scratch ticket in a roll has a ticket ID 250,000-01 and each roll has 100 tickets. Does it mean that up to the point before the ticket is printed, there are 249,999 x 100 = 24,999,900 other tickets printed of the same game</p>]]></description>
