Thanks Rdg, that's what the DVD said, but I think it was from 10 years ago. I rented it online off of Netflix. I believe you guys though, just like my Hot Numbers method the best, not quick picks...

That's funny because I hear a lot of people say that quicks result in more winners but I watched the 'How to Win the Lottery' DVD and they actually quoted a study stating that if you pick your own numbers you are more likely to win and if I remember correctly it as like a 68% to 30 something % ratio. Any thoughts

I don't think you get a new QP every drawing, a subscription is a long length advanced play. If you mark a ticket QP and advanced play you get that set of numbers for the number of plays you selected.

There's contact info. on the IL Lottery website, maybe you could ask them to be sure.

Thanks for the welcome Dallas Cowboys Fan, I'm a Bears fan myself. :) The subscription sounds pretty good if you go 26 or 52 weeks because they give you a week or two free. Maybe what I can do is pick my own numbers for one line and do a quick pick on the other line that way I would a differential on numbers every time there was a drawing. Although one time I did two quick picks for the Powerball, I got the same money ball on both of the same quick picks bought at the same time and I wasn't happ... [ More ]

Mega Millions

You get 1 game per $1 played per drawing. You can play up to five games each drawing with your subscription.

Pick five numbers from 1 to 56 and one Mega Ball number from 1 to 46. Or you can choose a Quick Pick, and let the computer draw random numbers for you.

Pick the number of drawings you want to play. Subscribe for 26 weeks and receive one of those weeks free. Subscribe for 52

I've tracked Little Lotto and Illinois Lotto for several years (three years of Little Lotto, jackpot by jackpot, and two years of Lotto are here on the forums at LP, in the Pick 5 and Jackpot games forums).

A subscription hit is the rarest of the rare. It happens, but not often.

The most common Little Lotto hit is for $175,000 won by a QP in the Chicago or collar counties area.

Hey, was wondering if anyone here has bought a subscription for Mega or the Illinois Lottery and did you ever hit big? The only thing I don't like about a subscription is you can't change your numbers if there are hot numbers. Is Quick Pick the way to go if you buy a subscription? I usually don't like quick picks and like picking the hot numbers...
