Eh, it is but it isn't. It's the same concept but instead of the old here's my soul now give me wealth and fame it's about not watching TV anymore, not using the internet, no more eating at restaurants, etc. The simple luxuries that we love so much but could give up for everything the lottery would allow, you'd still get to move on to wherever you believe after your death. I'd give up all of my junk food .

I used to be a diet counselor ....taught others how to eat healthy lose weight now here I am with these bad habits so if I won I would be glad to give them up!

You know, it's easy for us to say what we'd give up because 99.9% of us aren't going to get a big lottery win anyway

Yea it's a big addiction for myself (internet, that is). This is my first time I've gotten on the computer since earlier today when I posted this and I was able to get our living room and free room completely cleaned and rearranged.

@Jon D, lol, that's definitely something I wouldn't mind giving up. As long as I could still do slot machines as a form of gamling I'd be good. I don't really have the need to play them, but I did find them fun last time I was in LV.... [ More ]

I was watching some movies yesterday and of those were Ralph Macchio's Crossroads (not that terrible Britney Spears one). If you know the movie then you know how that movie got me thinking about this question. Now this question isn't as crazy as the deal in the movie (which includes your typical story of someone selling their soul for fame/wealth/certain wishes) but it's the same basis.
