I've already updated the drawings through Thursday Sept 1, 2011

Open the Excel file. You will be prompted to Enable Macros Just click Yes.

Go to the first tab at the bottom labeled Draws

At the top you will see 2 Toolbars. Top Toolbar is to add a new drawing (September 2 for example). The 2nd Toolbar is to delete the most recent drawing.
