I want to apologize for not following thru with my word of posting a system in the p-4 for budget plays but I was not satisfied with the hit and miss time it was producing,so I decided not to post it. But I can say it has the same approach as the p-3 system. I will give tips later on how to set-up #'s for play some you may know and some you may not.
