We must be the most freaking regulated free people on the face of the planet. I really don't know why they keep up the pretense we're free when the only thing we're really free to do is run our mouth and that's because when everyone is free to run their mouth it doesn't matter much what any one person has to say.

Marcie seriously doubted that any of the other online lottery sites would shut down, but it's possible some or many of them will be affected now that the UIGE Act is in full force because of the loss of American players.

In my opinion the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 had nothing to do with customers getting refunds of money in their accounts. The problem is in sending money, not receiving it. The U.S. Attorney on the case seems to think Full Tilt Poker simply decided to keep the money. See . . .

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 prevents US banks from processing transactions for the purpose of internet gambling on foreign sites. If you don't believe it, just ask any of the Full Tilt poker players about the over $300 million they had in their online poker accounts.

Betslips was not available to US players.

However,

Whatever caused this Pick 3/4 shutdown to occur, will it happen to the other online site where everyone does still play Pick 3/4 online

Since the banks, etc. in the United States are not allowed to process money from them or their third-parties, I expect not a lot of people are playing on line. Also DOJ is getting tougher on the law about online betting. They shut down the largest poker on line betting company in the world not long ago.

aww it does seem to be true :'(

such a shame the best odds on pick 3 and 4, and using state draws so you knew the numbers where legit.

i played them on occasion, and always loved the 900 to 1 payout. would have been nice to pull it.
