or they can take the: $350,000 ticket that expire; place it in the bank for 2 years earning interests: the first year the: $14,000 dollars they give it to the winner as consolation prize...the other $14,000 from interests from the 2nd year they give it to a cause as miniature pork barrel and then after that they take the: $350,000 for themselves/education...

why not let tickets that are winners that expire go to something else...the education is already receiving lottery money...lets say a: $350,000 ticket expire it can be donated to another cause...There is like: $100,000 things that $350,000 money could help besides education...it could be a miniature pork barrel...

Those: $350,000 could help in feeding someone in the USA, ect, ect, ect...
