			<description><![CDATA[<p>RJOh,<br /><br />If you subscribe to the Missouri Lottery e-mails they occassionally send out surveys about proposed games.<br /><br />Those surveys will have questions such as, This game will likely have 23 winners a year, etc..etc..., would you play it?<br /><br />I know the 24 in the e-mail above is probably an average, but still.<br /><br />As far as the matrix changoing or not, how are the odds going to go from 1 in 195 million to q in 175 million without a matrix change</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>More millionaires for Missouri. The Match 5 prize increases 5X to $1million (Missouri will average 24 more millionaires a year). Match 5 with Powerplay - Prize doubles to $2 million.<br /><br />I took that to mean the 24 players in Missouri that match 5+0 and would normally get $200K before will be getting $1M with the $2 tickets. The matrix size doesn&#x27;t have to change for that to happen. Under the new system Powerplay will only double the top prize rather than multiply it by 5</p>]]></description>
