			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sweet Million&#x27;s winning numbers are drawn by computer as opposed to NY Lottery&#x27;s usual practice of using ball machines, correct?<br /><br />Conspiracy theory: NY Lottery got so tired of having non-winners, even with free ticket promotions most months, that they&#x27;ve set the computer to only draw from the pool of numbers that have been sold, or perhaps to heavily favor those combinations. I guess we&#x27;ll see tonight if there&#x27;s anything to this theory...</p>]]></description>
