			<description><![CDATA[<p>The way I understand it is if a person have the winning ticket for the power ball or mega million, they have one year to claim the prize. Now if no one claims the money within that year, what happens to the jackpot? Does it go back in the pot or what? In other words what happens to the money if the last jackpot winner can&#x27;t produce the inning ticket he claims that he lost.</p>]]></description>
