Well, I certainly feel your pain and wonder if you have won smaller jackpots not too small to mention after 20 years of playing faithfully. I've won smaller jackpots and played just about the same timeframe. And is this exactly why I only play Quick Picks. I'm afraid of choosing some numbers, play them for years, miss one night - and that's when they come up.

Indigo, I agree with the others. Shake things up. I'm not saying don't play your normal numbers, but maybe add something new into the mix. Yeah, you will be spending an extra dollar or two a week, but it will re-energize you - and who knows - that may be all the karma you need for your regular numbers to come up

I've been playing the lottery for seven years now and I haven't won anything really

my largest being $40 off some random scratch game

However I have spent far much more money than I won

is a game of chance that is always rigged in the houses favor

the fact is 50% of the profits usually go to lotteries with players getting about 50% prices

There simple aren't enough jackpots for everyone who play to win one during their life time. Some have suggested games that are easier to win with smaller jackpots but that idea just doesn't get much traction with the average lottery players.

Playing the same numbers for over 20 years have run your number list thru that many years of filters.

I think your free play is given to you as a quick pick. Maybe you will win the big one on the quick pick.

You could play the same numbers for the next 100 years and still not win...that's just the odds of the game. I thought you were perhaps looking for some new advice on numbers to play or how to better your odds but you've only told us you've never hit which, by the way, 99.9% of lottery players never have either as far as a jackpot.

As of Jan 2012 my Mega group in 3 months has now spent what 1 person playing $20 per month will have spent in 30 YEARS. Were only 3 months into this weekly plays and they are already frustrated. LMAO, because were a microwave society

Do you know where your numbers are?

Upgrade your membership here at the LP so you can have access to the many tools available. Start by searching numbers...find your game's hottest number. You can lower your odds tremendously in lots of small ways

Shake things up, play a line of Quick Picks along with your regular numbers for awhile.

Everytime the numbers come out lately, I think Man, what stupid numbers!

that's because of the high odds against the player. sometimes it's a good thing that you don't win the jp. Think about it. Bad things can happen that have high odds, and we are greatful they don't happen. getting hit by lightning is about 5 million to one, but we're glad we don't beat the odds in that case right?

Geting into a fatal car accident is high odds and we're glad we don't beat those odds too right? many other examples like this, so be greatful that there is a good reason not to beat... [ More ]

I been playing lotto for 20 years and never hit. I won a free play every now and then. I play my lotto ticket annually. What a joke.
