A workout is any method used by someone to get numbers for playing time. some people use different methods or workouts. some use odd/even analysis, or hot/cold numbers, high/low. The list of ways you can do a workout is only limited by your imagination.

You can study pairs that repeat from recent past or pairs that have certain traits to get your final decision for betting. just do a search and put pairs or workouts with specific game name and you will find many pages of info.

Hey all,

I've been enjoying this forum and read through it more than often now. However, I get confused when posters tend to say use them in your workouts, etc. Can someone please define for me pairs and workouts please; also give me some examples of how a workout can be done.

Thanks in advance,

New York
