			<description><![CDATA[<p>None of the state websites give the actual volume of play, but since the odds are 7.1 to 1 against matching 2 numbers, we can estimate it by the number of free ticket matches. In Ky it was 6676 so a ball park estimate is 47,400 tickets sold which is only 0.44% of all the possible 10,737,573 combos.<br /><br />It&#x27;s highly unlikely any jackpot will be hit when less than 1% of the combos are sold.</p>]]></description>

And even more so cuz it doesn&#x27;t roll.<br /><br />But being $2 a ticket, there&#x27;s probably not enough people playing to cover enough combinations to produce a winner.<br /><br />There are enough playing to keep the operators rich though.<br /><br />And that&#x27;s apparently Job One.</p>]]></description>
