actually i used to leave em in my car centr console to, thinking its just a bit of paper till it wins.

recently the company makes the machines changed , and now the tickets cann go black with heat or sunlight

If I won, one of the places that I want to go to is Florida..I think it would be a treat.. Yes and I'd rather wait a few days or so before checking any tickets;

and I wouldn't want to tell my brother because he is greedy and likes money too much.. I want to move away from him. He lives with me..

I want to make some big changes in my life, it is time!

I really want to move away somewhere and also travel, and just see new places, and make friends! Yipee

i used to leave my tix in the sun visor of my truck parked in atlantic city 4 days a week.

so i'd always have them to check when i made my weekly stop for my next set.

often thought about wow,what if i had millions in the sunvisor ?

my trucks have been broke into in the past.

after realizing i had left a winner of a whopping $542.00 in the truck, started taking them the house.

now i check them on line.

When I was blessed with winning the Powerball second prize back on 8/4/07 ($200k for getting all 5 white balls on an EP), the drawing was on a Saturday. I remember vividly looking at my EP# just after purchasing at my local supermarket, and thinking to myself that was a throwaway number and waste of a good dollar. (The numbers were 2-23-24-27-36 PB 31).

Checking the lotto numbers the night of the FRI or SAT drawing or not ??? Although I may and usually do.....Probably should wait and get a few rested nights, so when you do win you can contact the lawyers and other legal advisors starting that weekday ..if the drawing is TUE or WED.....Go get em and start calling the next day !!!

Don't forget to breathe and remain silent if you do win the big one

I'd rather hold off on checking tickets and then when I do, I visualize that I am going to a store or bank, or lottery office to cash them in.. I would be delighted!

I'm with you on that Elizabeth!, I sometimes won't check my numbers until a few days later. I like to hold on to that blissful feeling that the lottery has already been tied up by me; I'm just taking my real....... sweet....... time....... to drop into that lotto office and pick up that pretty little check.

When I buy tickets I always check later that night or the next day for the results and then get disappointed if I miss the right numbers, and think that I wasted another $ 1 or more..

I would rather have casual thinking when it comes to lottery numbers like some people and not feel let down if the numbers I chose don't show right away.

And just know that another day might be better and more relaxed for me. Ideally I would like to think that way

Hi, Elizabeth I play the ones I think will show after I do a quick workout - it changes daily with what number needs to show. Most of the time Im feeding the state kitty but when I win its thrilling ! I really cut my spending on it. Lessening disappointment lol Remember- it only takes one ticket to win - no need to feel anxious. Be anxious when you win and your name gets published in the paper ! Good Luck

sounds like you take it too seriously. if it makes you that anxious, don't play. you buy a ticket or two and hope for the best, but to worry over it takes all the fun out of it.

you want peace of mind and no anxiety when gambling, well you can't have your cake and eat it too...ha, something has to give.

I play the lottery numbers that I think will show up and maybe a few will and most won't.. I have wanted so much to win, that I think I want it too much!

How do you stop yourself from getting anxious over numbers, and have the mind set that they will either show or they won't..

I don't want to spend a $1 or 2 daily and then wonder if I am wasting money. I just want to have peace of mind, no matter what!
