			<description><![CDATA[<p>I remember my father used to buy a lottery tickets (when it was just like raffle tickets before) with the same guy on same day. One time he passed (bought us ice cream instead) and his colleague then bought his ticket.<br /><br />It won a share of the first prize and he quit the job. 2 years later he was broke and his family left him.<br /><br />I still think that we could have done better with that money but everyone thinks like this.<br /><br />I guess luck can work in mysterious ways.</p>]]></description>

At least not in the supernatural or superstitious sense. I believe in right place at the right time. I believe the more you play the better your odds. As with anything there are exceptions to any rule. The guy that never buys a ticket then hits a million on one given to him in a card. The lady that hits a million on 3 seperate tickets from the same store. How or what I use to scratch it does not change a looser into a winner.
