			<description><![CDATA[<p>I havent bought any scratch off tickets before and I dont really understand how to play some of them.<br /><br />I dont understand what Match any of YOUR NUMBERS to any of the WINNING NUMBERS means.<br /><br />Do I scratch off all the winning numbers section and then scratch off all of the your numbers sections?
