In our hearts we know that every lottery is fraudulent, but some still have the hope to win one day the jackpot.

yet not even knowing that's all a illusion that will never happen.

i still havent figured out where all this money is going. the goverment must be involved in this fraud, you can't just hide and intercept billions of cash from the always watching eyes of the goverment.

the money must be go somewhere.

Was the Spanish press you mentioned a tabloid? The 'cold numbers' explanation sounds like something a tabloid would run, as a parody article.

Why do you think most states are turning to RNG's to pick their numbers?

Do you really think any state lottery wants a fair and open game? How would they increase their contribution to the state's treasury if they did something that stupid? If I were the CEO of a state lottery, I would be looking for ways to increase my yearly bonus as many such CEO's have done in the past and will do so in the future.

I read this article here https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/169513 and i must say, this is wrong.

even the el gordo lottery in spain is rigged, it was in the spain press.

some kids told the press, they got instructions from subworkers of the el gordo host only to pick

cold numbers during the drawing!
