I've been getting non-stop pop ups and ads from day 1, after getting Platinum membership. Oh well, doesn't pay to complain.

(don't have any version of Chrome).

Is that why I am getting pop ups for Vegas penny slots when I click on pick 3 forum

Google just released a new version of Chrome that hopefully fixes the bugs. The same hanging of the browser has been experienced by people on many other major web sites, including Facebook.

The be sure you have the latest version of Chrome, click the Wrench icon in the upper-right, and then select About Google Chrome . I'm putting this in the forums because the new version of Google's great browser creates some minor annoyances with Lottery Post.

Chrome 18 was released late this week, and if you're a Chrome user you may already have it installed. You can check by clicking the wrench icon, then click About Google Chrome.

I think Google is attempting to optimize how quickly things appear on-screen, and they are doing off-screen caching. Maybe it has to do with their new 3D Canvas support, I don't know.... [ More ]
