			<description><![CDATA[<p>I like to play the 1,000,000.00 and 500,000.00 scratch tickets for my state,and doing so have noticed that two or more winning jackpot tickets are never in the same town<br /><br />That may seem to be the case, however, here in FL there have been several games which had a Top Prize come from the same town within a couple weeks of each other. These were also back-to-back winners. One game in particular ($20 game) had the first 3/4 winners come from the same city. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is just my theory.I like to play the 1,000,000.00 and 500,000.00 scratch tickets for my state,and doing so have noticed that two or more winning jackpot tickets are never in the same town.so what I do is ask for a print out of the remaining tickets and check the lottery website for the town where the past winners were purchased.also can anyone answer this?why is it that for ex 1 mil prize tickets have different cash and after tax pay out amounts</p>]]></description>
