			<description><![CDATA[<p>When looking at jumps or skips for 6/49, I found that draws had between 1-5 numbers that occurred within the last five draws. Looking at the entire 2953 draw history, the jump/skip averaged 8 with a standard deviation of 8 for every position.</p>]]></description>
