im sure there is a way to make money on pick 3

i have before

its so much easier then the larger games

im sure there is a system out there that has it cracked at least the box plays

but you have to incorporate alot of systems and filters and constantly be at it and stick to it

Thanks for the kind words, LKMIKE. Honestly, I feel discouraged. I am a long-term unemployed and was hoping I could leverage my data skills towards the lottery and building a smartphone app from it. But I am also a problem gamer and yesterday suffered a relapse. I have to turn my back from all forms of gaming, the lottery included. It doesn't seem to be the answer. I guess I have to focus more of my energies in finding a real job.

My spreadsheet also has a jpg image of my June 2012 NJ Pick3 wagers which profited me $600. Prior to that, I swear I never won a buck. They say necessity is the mother of invention. I guess I needed to win which made me come up with this idea.

July 2012 has been challenging for me and except for that window last week in NY, where I correctly predicted the outcome for 7/15 drawing and had the chance and the funds to win, I hesitated and lost. Big mistake but another lesson learned.

There are 1,000 combinations in a Pick3 Game, 000 thru 999. To an ordinary bettor, that is an overwhelming set to choose from.

To simplify, we can reduce this 1,000 number set to a manageable 220 number set by grouping them into SUMS, the SUM TOTAL of the digits in any Pick3 combination.

For example, 001, 010, 100 all adds up to 001 while 999 adds up to 27. Playing COMBO or WHEEL on the example, 001 which has a pair of zeros, will cover all 3 combinations. Playing COMBO or WHEEL on a 3 dig... [ More ]

For NJ Pick3, I missed what I actually hit on last 6/14. Last 6/14 I bet that SUM=11 will reappear the next day, mirroring 5/29 outcome. Somehow I forgot that and played SUM=10. Come to think of it, there was this guy ahead of me in the deli buying Numbers tix. He played 992 and hanged around as I placed my wagers. He told me 585 came out just a few days ago. He was insisting I played his number, 992. On second thought, I should have modified it into 792 and matched it with my prediction. Oh well, another lesson learned.

It appears NY NUMBERS is trying clone NJ Pick3 streak of 2 weeks without a pair. I tend to believe the streak is to stay.

Hello, when you use so the pairs pairs = 0,2,4,6,8, an odd, 3,5,7,9 So instead of using low high = even digits = 0,2,4,6,8 and the other Group odd = 1,3,5,7,9 Example = 478 = 48 in peer group 156 = odd group = 15 Temple Of course when you have to do ok You can also subdivide, pairs and odd highs and lows and highs Pairs = 0,2,4 High pairs = 6.8 = 1.3 odd low Odd high = 5,7,9

I wish I was in IL yesterday as I would have made a killing on their Pick3. Anyway, I am fascinated by the pattern thats emerging. Reminds me of Starky and Hutchs red Torino with the white vector stripe. I pick sums 12/13 today for IL Pick3. Its a nice to have but the Lottery Gods may have their own plans.

Thank You very much. Until this system, I have been very frustrated by the lottery as I never managed to win. And I could not accept that it was only because I was unlucky. Surely I thought, there must be a method to this madness. This seems to be 1 among many. While it does not guarantee a 100% win ratio, it increases the gamers winning odds tremendously as he is basing his decision on data and not just on blind luck. Thank you for sharing your chart. I have downloaded it and its interesting , but I have to be honest and say I cant quite figure out what to do.. I will go back and reread your first post and maybe that will help .

I see the graph , and I see the columns saying trending up or down, but what I dont see yet is how you turn that info into combo's to play. Maybe I a little slow lol I will keep reading and watching this thread and hopefully I can figure out where to go from here .

lol. I still cannot fanthom how the ancient fathers figured out the constellations and gave them names including those in the astrological charts. but they stuck. my system does not rely on the shapes, they are merely suggestions and emerge from the randomness of the process. its not a prediction but something to consider when placing a wager on a future outcome.

I subscribe to the Wall Street jargon, The Trend is your friend . It pains me whenever I try to move away from this principle and gets punished for it.

Yesterday, midday in NJ was 6 7 8 , a sum of 21. Such a High sum historically results in a Lower sum in the next drawing. But I also subscribe to Buying Insurance , which meant I also wagered to go Up .

The prevailing trend in NJ was for Mixed, Big digits. There are only 4 combos for Mixed, Big following 21, they are 589, 679, 689, 789. Som... [ More ]

My system describes a series of off/on, 0/1, binary' decisions a gamer will take to arrive at an intelligent wager which hopefully will cause him to be successful more often than he otherwise would be. Apparently I haven't really have time to take a hard look and experiment with it. The OP can setup the spreadsheet for your state and you can go view it from there. I downloaded a copy to my computer but the spreadsheets doesn't work in excel so can't help you there.

Exactly what I have, except mine is interactive. Its in a google spreadsheet and color coded by bucket. My midpoint is also 14, with 4 grids, 0-7, 7-14, 14-21, 21-28. Whats more fun, is the shapes the numbers make; 6/4 in NJ had a 18, 6/5 had a 17 and 19. I figured the stars would align on 6/6 to form a diamond, so I bet on 18 and won $345. Yesterday, 6/12, formed an 'M' shape which I missed. I was looking for a good shape but somehow missed it.

I use a sum graph also. It's very simple. I use a sheet of graph paper (with the smaller boxes). Across the top I have the dates. Down the left side I have the sums 27-0. Each day I put a mark next to the sum under the date and just connect the marks with a straight line. You can easily see how the sums are running whether toward high , medium or low.

I find that the sums usually rise and fall each day, sometimes they may go up 2 or 3 days in a row or down 2 or 3 days. But generally they alt... [ More ]

Thanks grwurston. I have those numbers. My system maps the draw results from NJ Pick3 and NY NUMBERS to a scatter graph (Heat Map) by SUM (the total of the winning digits). I use them to see past behavior from which to model my picks. For example today in NJ Pick3 midday was 344 (sum 11) and night was 704 (sum 11) which was a repeat of May 22 results. Unfortunately, while I considered this earlier, due to short in funds, I went with another pick.

Its a fun graph to see.

Welcome to lottery post. What you call big and small is commonly refered to as high and low numbers. I am also assuming you are refering to odd and even numbers. If you click on systems, in the blue bar on top, then go to positional wheels in the drop down this may help you. Unfortunately, to get the wheeled combos you will need to upgrade your membership.
