its crazy im black and i resort to playing my numbers in white areas to fool the pa lottery to thinking im white cause i feel maybe the pa lottery will give me a chance and to my surprise i get numbers.I play in a bad neighborhood where there is crime and violence to my surprise i get no numbers.This is the truth.

U understand u set the lottery up to see if they are cheating and u come to realization that they are then u would know this feeling.No liquor or anything its certain things that i see that shows cheating involved its crazy how they dont pay out in the black communitys.Its always in the boon docks and hick land where the pennsylvania pays out this is a racist state and im racist against racist people i hate racist people.Im for the people i love white chinese mexican hispanic andd color or race

False advertising a lottery jacpot how many would agree that lotteries does this to attract people that normally dont play.From a business stand point i would do this in deed the only lottery im here to lay claim that does this is the PA lottery.Clearly they false advertise jackpots and when they cant go anywhere with the balls they lets the jackpot be won.False advertising a win also.Scum bags im tired of the cheating with the PA LOTTERY i can care less to win in this state.Im not layin claim t...
