thanks for sharing..

Cupcake had mentioned in another post that she only had to look at a number and within a few minutes know what numbers will fall.

I wasn't sure how she used this with the 50% of a time win. If she only won 50% of the time, or took the time to look for a few minutes 50% of the time.

You are right, and that's what I meant - your profit is $70. If you can predict doubles with any degree of accuracy you can win every time. The problem is that statistically doubles are only 27% of all draws, roughly 1 in 4. Odds are against you. But there is a partial solution. If you wheel 10 numbers for box doubles, you get 90 combinations. Cost $90. Payout on $1 box win is $160.

I play 8 numbers wheeled for box singles or doubles. Each requires 56 tickets (lines). For box singles it's max as if you try to wheel 9 numbers the cost will always be greater than the win so no point in playing that. For box doubles you can wheel both 9 (72 combinations) and even all 10 numbers (90 combinations) and make money in case of win. I usually stick to 8 numbers for doubles as chances of winning (if doubles hit) are in 70-90% range.

To me, there is not a such of thang as a dumb post or question. If we start calling things dumb, it can get really ugly in here, so please do not try me because I have a really smart mouth.

If winning 50% of the time, it really depends on how much/how often you pay to play if it's worth it. Even if you win consistently, you will still show a loss no matter what.

My operative questions would be how many tickets per try and are these straights or box hits?

Playing 2 lines and winning half the time is very different (and more profitable) than playing 200 lines and winning half the time.

My backtracks showed me that it's possible to win more than 50% of the time. But my backtracks are fully automated and lack human decision element. If I could win 7 out of every 14 drawings I would say I cracked the Pick3. But I wouldn't be shouting it from the roof tops either.

well if you played seven days a week and hit 50% of the time 1$ str8 1$ box mid and eve one number it would cost you 4$ a day of 28$ a week if you hit 50% of the time then you would hit at least 3.5 times if all hits were box then you would make 320 $ if you hit str8 then you would hit 1500$ so yes it would be worth it if you hit 50
