Apparently no comment from the GA Lottery Commission. Someone must have leaked this rumor from within internal ranks.

The rumor is that to play the GA Lottery each player will have to provide their personal info - name, address, etc., before they will be able to play. A debit type card has also been mentioned.

It is interesting that the Illinois Lottery zooms in on the tv drawings so you only see the number come up at the top. They do not show the entire machines for the Pick 3 and Pick 4 games. They show the entire machines for the Lotto and Little Lotto (now called Lucky Day) but then zoom in once the numbers start coming out. Conspiracy

Funny you should say that! Actually for several years (in real life) I had an agent in Boston, and did dozens of TV commercials, infomercials,

and bit parts in movies such as Glory (1989). I was a spokes person for a hair replacement company based in NH called New England Associates,

and Together dating service. Also had several small parts in an old Boston based P.I. series Spencer for Hire

That is such a truism. Millions of players I'm sure fall into this category, including myself. I also play QP's and throw in additional self-picks frequently

to mix it up however. I hear of some players placing $5 bets on a straight pick 4 every drawing until it hits. That could be very expensive after 2-3

years. But by then that player feels vested into this number, and will be all the more determined to see it through even if it takes another 20 years.

This isn't a conspiracy but players who have favorite numbers they've played for years feel like it is. The day they don't play those numbers is the day they will be drawn as if lotteries are watching for such occasions when they can draw their numbers and not have to pay up.

Scratch tickets are actually produced by chimps who did poorly in math. That's why sometimes a $20 scratcher which normally has odds of 1:3,

will sometimes result in 1:10 odds. Now you know.

TIP: Most of the machine dispensed scratch tickets, were made by the more brighter chimps. Don't be a chump, buy these whenever possible

Well I am about to start my own conspiracy rant about living in the DC area. Now the cable went out in the area when I decided to watch TV. I spent Saturday with neighbors and friends warming up water for coffee on a grill and food in major 100 degree heat.
