			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Calif lottery website is deficient in explaining many details about the scratcher games. (Sigh.)<br /><br />Suppose I play a $5 game and win free ticket . What does that mean exactly?<br /><br />Does it mean a free ticket for the same game? What if the game has ended? Does it mean a free ticket for any $5 game of my choice? Does it mean one or more free tickets in $1, $2, $3 and $5 games of my choice summing to $5? Is the interpretation left to the discretion of the retailer?
