I have been getting my numbers and keep hearing about these mirrors and wasn't sure how it worked so wanted to try and incorrperate it in my workouts. This is a huge help !!! It seems as though a lot of mirrors have been falling to number I had been looking at or playing. Thanks sooo much for this info

Interesting that you ask because I've seen quite a bit lately. There are a few systems but I'll give you what I know.

1=6

2=7

3=8

4=9

5=0

6=1

7=2

8=3

9=4

0=5

Hope this helps.

Example : GA midday was 100, got a QP mmediately afterwards 600. Two others I got where mirrors of reach other 652 and 017
