1-divide all 10 digits into THREE GROUPS

2-group 1-group2-group3

3-take the zero out

4-write down your groups so:

GROUP 1: 123

GROUP2: 456

GROUP 3: 789

now track back the drawing results in your state

IF one digit did NOT show from anygroup for two draws at least then TWO DIGITS from the missing group will show next
