Like the one lady here who is on food stamps and welfare but buys only $20 tickets. Cause anything less than $20 does not do it for her.....

He may have also earned the money. Maybe he had a job for a day or collected cans or something that brought him

$20 that day. He can end his homelessness if he chooses to do so and that's a good thing.

somebody probably gave him the money. its just funny because most of us arent homeless and we cant justify spending $10 on a single scratch ticket.

A homeless man in Greenville, S.C., has reason to smile today after winning $200,000 from a scratch-off lottery game.

The winner, who declined to be identified, told lottery officials he intends to use the money to take care of himself and his family. When the man scratched off the $10 ticket, he said he screamed, jumped up and down and smiled.
