			<description><![CDATA[<p>first welcome to LP<br /><br />With so little info its difficult to give much help. if the data is such that you can, you might use a countif to find the first value then combine it with an and command and another countif for the second value.<br /><br />More specifics on the data structure will get you a better answer.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I need help with an Excel formula to sort through data to find sequencial numbers e.g. 1-2 or 3-4 etc. I tried using a FREQUENCY formula but only got results for the 2 individual numbers where I need results where both numbers are included in a row.</p>]]></description>
