			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just curious if most states take a random roll/book of tickets and play them and then post the results? Texas evidently randomly scratches a roll, a day or two before the game hits the store shelves and posts the results. Most of the time the roll pays the minimum or slightly over the minimum. I will post a sample of one of our new $5 scratchers that comes out today. You will see only 24 out of 75 were winners and the two biggest winners were $20 each; when I buy a roll thats the kind of luck I</p>]]></description>
