It seems so unbelievable! For example, on Nov 6, 2012, Pick 4 Mid was 7428, then on the same day, for pick 4 evening, 2478 came out.

Now last night, again the duplicate came: Pick 4 MID 8916

I know this has happened more than twice in recent months, I just have to look back at the history. I mean it just seems rigged when this stuff happens.
