If there are at least two Jews residing they will double the odds.

When there is an Irishman living in the neighborhood, they will fix it so he will win the jackpot.

If you live in a predominantly Black neighborhood do not waste your time playing Michigan lottery games that exceed $200,000 in value. Yes this includes multi-state games (powerball, megamillions,etc.) They have set this limit for black neighborhoods when no one spends as much money on the lottery as black people and they just alter numbers to make sure that you will not win.
