			<description><![CDATA[<p>I read a simliar story..not sure if it was the same one...The one I&#x27;m talking about is Joan Ginther. She has a PhD in mathematics. I believe she won 4 times. There was some speculation that she&#x27;d done some kind of mathmatical analyzing that pin pointed where the winning tickets were.</p>]]></description>

It was the 5,000 a week for life 10 dollar ticket (the guy choose the cash option and got 4 million). I&#x27;m wondering if that means there will never be another jackpot winner on a scratch off ticket in my town again.
