Not sure what you're looking for, but your #1 and #3 can be found in the Scratchers info on the CA Lottery website:

As far as luck, it has no place. Some places that sell more have more winners.

Better places to buy are high traffic and high turnover places. Avoid places where the clerk is playing or there is a ticket hawk watching you buy tickets, that decreases your winnings at those places.

Spend only what you feel comfortable with losing.

Hi guys, I'm a beginer with the whole CA Lottery Scratchers thing,

and I would like if someone would fill out these lists for me...

#1) A list of the ($1-$2) CA Lottery Scratchers games with the highest odds of winning cash.

#2) A list of the luckiest (AND safest) places to buy CA Lottery Scratchers (7 Eleven stores, Gas Stations or, CA Lottery Scratchers vending machines)
