Does anyone buy the lottery tickets and then use those numbers on the purchased tickets to be put into Frequency Analysis and then the wheel ? No but I have used a set of numbers from a QP that I like play them.

what is the best time to buy ? I know in some states they have a cut off time so 5:30am is not an option for some people. I don't think it matters though what time you buy your tickets.

Do you get a lot of tickets with all the numbers , but on different lines? Do some test runs and see how you do.
