I am going to be in PA tomorrow visiting family and I was going to buy around $100 in scratchers. Are there any good scratch offs in PA that you guys would recommend? I have not been to PA in quite some time so I have no idea what kind of tickets they have. I will keep you guys posted! Should I mix it up and get $2 $5 $10 $20 or stick to one amount ticket?
