Technically yes..but some have hope for a return..

Outside of that North Carolina,there's a longshot yet hopeful possibility that the 11 pair by this weekend may hit there.

BUT,when doubles come up as an anomalous pair,they need to be interpreted sometimes as before or after....meaning could be 00 or 22.

I 'believe' I have a clean read on 116 113 or 117(112)..or just use one of the other above doubles with my third digits.

I have to admit it's a little screwy you guy haven... [ More ]
