Probably very few around.<br /><br />What I did find out since my last post:<br /><br />Arizona lottery been around since 1981<br /><br />Wisconsin lottery since 1988.<br /><br />So, she had to do this since 1988. She won the first lottery in Wisconsin, then, moved to Arizona and won the second lottery, within two years. So, it had to be since 1988. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>It could be a myth. But, maybe not. Cynthia Stafford won 112 million in 2007, in the state of California, I believe it was Powerball. This you can google and verify.<br /><br />Now, I&#x27;m assuming Cynthia applied similiar techniques to win the lottery ,as the person I&#x27;m referring to in my post, but, that is pure speculation.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m pretty sure this happened pre 1995. I could be wrong, though. I&#x27;ve googled my fingers off, and, I&#x27;m no slouch at finding stuff on the internet.<br /><br />Anyway, I&#x27;m not asking it for free, I am willing to buy the booklet and tape. I just don&#x27;t know where to find it to buy it.<br /><br />I would think if anyone knows about this lady or booket, this forum would be the place to ask.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>A few years ago, a lady from Miwaukee, Wisconsin won the six pick lottery in the same State, using a method she later wrote in a booklet, and, recorded on and audio tape, AFTER, she again applied the same methods, and won the six pick Arizona state lottery. She won BOTH lotteries within two years.<br /><br />This all happened years ago, before the internet, so, I can&#x27;t find any information as to where to buy the booklet, and/or audio tape.
