Good luck to California joining Powerball. California's lotto sales are pari-mutuel and they're different than all of the other states combined. My California Super Lotto Plus contract has already expired.

It seems that some states win powerball but California is not one of those states. I live in California and I am considering not play powerball anymore. Am I right
