It is the same as if I invested in name your corporation like Apple, Google, etc. you would not come running to me to give you any part of my profits from those investments, so why do you feel this is any different? I would give half to my dad. He's always been there for me and deserves it. Assuming I won over $100 million...I would give about $5 million to one of my sisters, so she can live more comfortably and have enough to take care of my nieces and nephews. I'm splitting with my Brother and Sister. Now ofcourse we will give a little here an there to our other family but nothing big. I'm thinking of giving the older folks less, it makes sence. Such as I'd give my cousine 100 grand but my Aunt and Uncle might give 50 grand.

My understanding is that the judge will only render his verdict on Friday (same as what a jury would do). I am not certain if they have a separate later hearing on sentencing in bench trials but they do in jury cases. He could find them not guilty as well or guilty of a lesser offense. I am not thrilled with the way the prosecutions case is going and it seems a little disorganized. Remember the best argument wins.

I have two sisters and one brother (that is not on drugs)...and Ive always said Id split anything over 100 million actual cash value within the four of us...that way they could help whoever they'd want to kids friends etc...and anything under 100 million I'd just give them gifts and pay off thier bills so they could retire...they are all older than me and they've all taken good care of me over the years and since our parents are dead this would be the best I could do for them...monetary wise any...
