yes...it was the 2nd prize in a losing ticket drawing. they deliver it via UPS and require a signature.

To a certain extent, what I do is use the card for groceries and use what I would have spent on groceries as extra cash. Six of one. I have yet to encounter a store where I can't use the card.

Man, I hate that. Why can't they just give you a check? Debit card limits your choice to spend the money.

They emailed me a notice that I had won. the email contained the number of the ticket to submit with a claim form to print out. They also send you the same info via snail mail. You must return the specified ticket to receive the prize. The prize is awarded via a preloaded debit card for the amount. If yo don't return the specified ticket in 30 days, you forfit the prize. Last Dec I won a prize that the original winner had not claimed.

I'm not sure. The drawings are held every few weeks. I enter 10-12 a few days before each drawing. I'm not sure if all the tickets entered from the start of the contest qualify for each drawing or if they expire. So for this drawing I either had 29 entries or 10.
