In Georgia we can buy PB, MM Fantasy 5. I rarely buy PB, but do purchase the others regularly. It is so convenient for me.

I have an Online horse racing account, but usually only use it for the Triple Crown races. I decide how much I deposit into the account and can bet anything from the minimum bet up to whatever I have in my account. If the mimimum lottery bet is $1, why complicated it by creating a minimum $5 wager?

It's amazing how government can make a simple task so complicated.

Considering all the stories we see about dishonest clerks, it's not a good idea buying tickets online from any source but an official state lottery. Trying to claim your jackpot winnings might turn into a nightmare.

I largely only play the online subscription service for Mega Millions and Powerball in Illinois. Ever since the corporation that runs our lottery instituted a $5 minimum online play, I only purchase 1 draw plays whenever my winnings exceed the $5 minimum and the jackpot is over $100 million cash value. Last christmas I bought raffle tickets for Spanish el gordo on the website TheLotter. The odds were pretty good even though I won nothing, otherwise I wouldn't have done it. Anyways, I was rather dissapointed when my bank statement showed that the payment was to a company in Tel Aviv. Its like a Brazillian buying MegaMillions ticket online and finding out that the payment was to a company in India.

The legitimate services like USA MEGA on the left column of this site do not pay out, they cash the ticket they purchased for you and send you the money, or if a jackpot, provide you the winning ticket and purchase location so you can cash it yourself depending on state lottery rules.

there was a time where mega millions was won and re-set back to $12 million and the euro millions was 250 million euros or equal to about 328 million US dollars. This was 250 million euros cash value not annuity. I bought 3 tickets online just to be apart of it.

I was wondering the other day what the highest prize those services have paid out. As I understand it they don't actually buy the numbers, so they I suppose they could have had a jackpot winnter, in which case that winner was probably the most anonymous lottery jackpot winner ever.
