The 0 finally drew in the Night draw. Had been out 14 draws. I expected either the 0 OR the 9 to draw but not both. They were the only 2 digits 5+ out. Did a 1/2 split on the Pre-Test as well with a draw order of 321. I was working with a 231 or a 321 draw order which would have put either the 0 or 9 in the 1st position.
